Cecil Alliance is a blockchain-based platform that establishes a global standard for tagging, tracking, and transacting animal data, enhancing transparency, traceability, and verifiability in animal-based industries to promote animal welfare and species conservation.

Senior Software Engineer | Data Security

• Developed secure smart contracts for immutable recording of animal tagging and tracking data on the blockchain, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Developed backend APIs interfacing with blockchain nodes to provide real-time updates on animal data and transaction status, along with data visualization tools to support traceability insights for conservationists and industry users.
• Created user-friendly front-end interfaces using React and Web3.js, integrating wallet connectivity for secure authentication and seamless user interaction with blockchain data.
• Implemented decentralized identifiers (DIDs) and verifiable credentials to authenticate animal records and transactions within the ecosystem.
• Built protocols enabling transparent and tamper-proof transaction history for animal ownership, movements, and health data.
• Collaborated with conservationists and industry stakeholders to design blockchain solutions tailored to compliance and ethical standards.
